Thank you for your interest in submitting a business plan to AHV. To ensure that your opportunity aligns with AHV, please review the investment criteria. If the criteria applies, e-mail your business plan with an executive summary to ahv@ascensionhealth.org. All submissions are treated with utmost confidentiality.

Business Plan Criteria

To ensure timely and adequate consideration, a business plan or executive summary should contain the following information.

  • Company Name and Location
  • Description of the Product, Service or Technology
  • Assessment of Market and Competition
  • Management Team and Backgrounds
  • Summary Historical and Projected Financial Statements
  • Capitalization History (Amounts and Investors)
  • Investment Structure (Round Size, Proposed Valuation)
